I know I started suddenly missing calls, and then having trouble with my timer sound alert. After trying several things I suddenly noticed my Do Not Disturb program had not turned itself off in the morning like it usually did. Naturally I Googled the problem and discovered there is a bug in the system.
Apple has issued the following statement concerning this little bug in the system.
“Do Not Disturb scheduling feature will resume normal functionality after January 7, 2013,” an official Apple spokesperson announced via the company’s support pages. Rather unhelpfully, the company added: “Before this date, you should manually turn the Do Not Disturb feature on or off.
“To turn off the scheduling feature, tap Settings > Notifications > Do Not Disturb and switch Scheduled to Off.”
Needless to say I am hoping this bug does work itself out on the 7th because when it was working right, I really enjoyed that feature!
