BBs Anything Goes Ground Beef Soup
Tonight's Anything Goes Hamburger Soup I am making for the TGIF Potluck is a spur of the moment idea brought on by a lot of rain I didn't want to drive to town in. It was thrown together from a package of four Angus burgers, half of a tube of ground beef, and a package of steamed garlic peas and mushrooms I had in the freezer. I also added a few cans of V8 juice, half spicy, half regular, a small can of mixed vegetable, a small can of sliced carrots, a can of Mexican style corn that were in the pantry, and two large potatoes I happen to have in the crisper drawer of the fridge. I tossed in a couple of pinches of rosemary leaves, a good dash of ground oregano, a little ground marjoram, and a little salt and pepper. I will microwave, then add the steamed garlic peas and mushrooms about an hour before I take the soup over to the Clubhouse for the TGIF Potluck Dinner.
